Vanguard Central Station ServicesWhen Vanguard partners with other firms and companies in the service of our valued customers we are very selective.  Vanguard chooses only the best-of-the-best when it comes to protecting our customers, which is why our central station monitoring services are handled by EMERgency 24.  EMERgency 24 is a National Alarm Monitoring Company with a UL listed, fully redundant Central Station and multiple locations.

Vanguard believes in using central station professionals who have as their sole focus the 24/7 monitoring and dispatching on your account.  While a few other life safety companies try to run their own central stations, we prefer to have the top quality services of a dedicated central station that solely has this focus–not one who dabbles in it while doing other work on the side.

Administration of your entire central station account is handled directly by Vanguard–from your emergency call lists, to being able to review account activity, to all billing.  This is convenient in that your contact is with Vanguard and the central station becomes transparent until an alarm event occurs.

Insurance companies frequently offer premium credits to facilities who have intrusion and fire alarms installed on their property. Vanguard will issue an alarm system Certificate of Installation which you can provide to your isurance agent to secure any premium discounts. Contact your insurance agent to find out if you qualify.

Our Central Station partner meets or exceeds all Underwriters Laboratories requirements. UL representatives randomly inspect all listed facilities to ensure ongoing compliance. Of course all personnel employed by our central station partner must pass an criminal history background check.
