For great portable fire protection for your kitchen operation, Vanguard offers K-GUARD fire extinguishers. These extinguishers contain ANSULEX® liquid fire suppressant which will quickly knock down the flames, form a vapor-securing blanket, and cool the grease and surrounding surfaces. These units are listed by UL and ULC for "K" class fires.
