At Vanguard, we have incorporated and instilled behavior-based safety concepts into all of our employees. Instead of “talking the talk” when it comes to safety, we also “walk-the-walk”. This is demonstrated by our numerous continuous improvement processes as well as a hunger to learn new things; a hunger that allows us to do our jobs safely and effectively. Coupled with the general workplace employee safety and health requirements, our service technicians have completed the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Course and are active card carriers of this designation. This training, combined with continual communication related to workplace safety and health practices, ensures that you will receive a well-qualified, safety conscious employee performing work on your life safety system. At Vanguard, safety is a way of life, not just a requirement. |
