Our Sales Group
The Vanguard Sales Group employs industry professionals who seek first to build relationships with customers and prospective customers. We believe that meeting your needs begins with understanding your business, your challenges, and your concerns.
Our Installation Group
The Vanguard Installation Group consists of Engineers working on code and design issues, as well as Field Supervisors and experienced Installation Technicians. The design, scheduling, installation, and training on installed systems is handled by this talented group of Vanguard staff.
Our Service Group
The dedicated Vanguard Service Group provides customers with ongoing maintenance of fire protection and security systems. Vanguard services systems we originally designed and installed, as well as systems installed by other contractors. Providing 24/7 service is a cornerstone of the Vanguard approach to customer needs.
Staff training and adherence to stringent safety guidelines are areas of ongoing focus for Vanguard. While many companies may say these issues matter, Vanguard works with two organizations who independently verify our safety and training efforts—and provide evidence of our training and safety programs to our customers.
